Backseat Budget

While doing the back seat budget I learned numerous things on the colorado budget. When something is changed revenue side something will need to be changed on the spending side.  If the government was to cut tax then funding would need to be changed as well.  They would have to cut funding to schools or something. Being able to balance the budget is near impossible with out receiving a constitutional warning.
